The dolcevitalist site offers some links to external sites. Should you choose to visit these sites we cannot in anyway be held responsible for the actions and policies of third parties and clients must satisfy themselves before proceeding with bookings. www.ital-let.com Has been operating for 6 years, mainly advertising and promoting holiday villas and apartments on behalf of some owners/local agents and other associated services in Italy, and also assisting with organising weddings in Amalfi and Ravello which is actually the owners town of origin! Therefore we obviously have a very good knowledge indeed of Amalfi and a large selection of villas and apartments promoted by us are in Amalfi, as well properties in other locations in Italy. Ital-Let provide a service in giving you initial information so that you can make a choice and every effort has been made to ensure that all information supplied is as accurate as possible The properties/services on the dolcevitalist website which Ital-Let promote can be identified as they give Ital-Let (us) as the contact.

Note for Ital-Let bookings only We will give you all details about the property and if you wish to book with your permission we will inform the owner, local agent of your interest and will check the availability with the owner on your behalf and the owner will confirm the reservation directly to you. THE BOOKING FORM TRANSACTION IS BETWEEN THE OWNER OR LOCAL AGENT AND YOURSELVES, WE SIMPLY GIVE YOU INFORMATION ABOUT A PROPERTY AND TRANSLATE/ADMIN ON BEHALF OF THE OWNER. The owner will also state the payment method required and inform you if they wish any deposit/part payment to be made through us on their behalf. Payment for apts/villas is normally by part-payment deposit cheque with balance upon your arrival in Italy as agreed. For some bookings/situations full payment will be required and this can be sent directly to the owner/local representative and the owner will inform you. For hotels/b/b's you would normally make the payment due to the hotel yourself as instructed.

Disclaimer/Liability for Ital-Let. Ital-Let acts only as a London based intermediary between the owner/local representative/service provider. Ital-Let provides information about properties/hotels by organised by third parties and has no direct control. Ital-Let simply gives you information about a property and if you are satisfied and wish to place a booking with your permission we will inform the owner and the owner/representative will contact you to confirm directly with you. The booking transaction will be between the property owner or local representative and yourself. Ital-Let provide a service in giving you initial information and every effort has been made to ensure that all information supplied is as accurate as possible and cannot be held responsible for breach of contract or any negligent action on the part of third party suppliers, which results in loss, damage, delay or injury or death to you or your travel companions. The properties that we promote are charming and we are keen to match the client specification to the property to avoid any disappointment so we do our utmost to ensure that the property meets the client expectation and we are on hand to mediate in the unlikely event of any problems. It is a condition of booking with the property owners/local agent that all clients have adequate travel insurance to cover against cancellations and other essentials. No responsibility can be accepted for anyone who does not comply with requirements. Full conditions of each property booking will be sent to you by the owner/local agent with the booking form and the terms vary as per the owners / local agent terms.
